At Dansof Design, we believe TECHNOLOGY should work quietly in the background, like oxygen—essential, but invisible. DESIGN is a powerful communication tool, and ART gives us the freedom to express emotion. Exploring and combining these three disciplines—technology, design, and art—is at the heart of everything we do.

We offer web and app design and development, as well as IT consulting with a focus on understanding your needs, evaluating the right solutions, and optimizing workflows—always keeping the technology seamless and unobtrusive.

Founded by Odeta Coenen in 2015, Dansof Design has collaborated on diverse projects where art and technology meet: from app and website development to branding, book design, music production, and children’s art lessons.

Odeta Coenen studied Computer Science and Information Management at the Technical University of Košice, Slovakia. During her studies, she was Secretary of the student organisation BEST (Board of European Students of Technology), where she collaborated with students across Europe on various technical and creative projects.

After graduating, she worked as an E-business consultant for  Hilti, a Liechtenstein-based manufacturer of construction products and services. As a member of the E-business team, she focused on analysing user needs, writing specifications, prototyping, and coordinating the development of the company’s online product catalogue and digital presence across various platforms and countries.

After moving to the Netherlands and becoming a mother of two, Odeta followed her passion for art, illustration, animation, and music. Combining her technical background with her creative drive, she developed one of the first iPhone apps featuring traditional Dutch, English, and Slovak children’s songs – mobileMONKEYapps.com.

Today, Odeta creates in both digital and physical realms: coding and designing on the computer, and painting, drawing, and experimenting with techniques such as collage and mosaic in her studio. She teaches part-time art lessons for children at Kids-Atelier & KidsClub in The Hague and regularly joins sketching events with Urban Sketchers.

In her free time, she sings in the pop/jazz choir Canzone, plays guitar, and writes and performs her own songs. Learn more about her music at odeta.nl!
